Don't have a file? We model it. Bring a sketch, a photo, or a broken original and we turn it into something that prints or cuts cleanly.

Design

Services

Electronics: Schematic capture, board layout, component selection and bench testing.
CAD modelling: Parts and assemblies modelled for printing, machining or moulding.
From the original: Scanned or measured from the part you have, rebuilt as a clean model.
Fit & strength: Tolerances, material choice and load checks before anything is made.
Laser cutting: Thin sheet metal to about 2 mm, acrylic, wood, leather and card for panels, gaskets and fixtures.

3D printing

Materials

Everyday: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA. Strong, clean parts for housings and display.
Technical: Polycarbonate (including flame-retardant), nylon (PA6, PAHT), PPA. For heat, impact and long service.
Reinforced: Carbon-fibre and glass-fibre filled PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, nylon and PET for stiff, load-bearing parts.
Flexible: TPU in 85A, 90A and 95A for grips, gaskets, bumpers and straps.
Resin: High-resolution 8K resin for fine detail. Parts up to 228 × 128 × 230 mm.
Supports & colour: Dissolvable and snap-away supports for complex shapes. Multiple materials in a single print.
