Lead times
Engraved and made-to-order items ship within the time we confirm with your order, usually three to five business days. Personalised photo figurines ship within four weeks of the day you approve the preview. If we cannot meet a stated time we tell you by email, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Because these are made for you from your photo, text or design, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, or does not match the preview or proof you approved, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we remake it.
We copy your text exactly as you typed it and confirm it before engraving. Anything beyond plain text gets a proof image to approve, and a figurine gets a preview of the model. What you approve is what we make.
Country of origin
Full-colour photo figurines are printed by a professional partner, in the United States or overseas, and finished in our California workshop; the piece or its box is marked with its country of origin. Engraved and printed items made in our Tujunga workshop are marked as such.
Keepsakes, not toys
Figurines and other decorative pieces are keepsakes for display. They are not toys and are not intended for children.
Your photos and the people in them
The consent you give when ordering a figurine (that you are 18 or older, that you have the right to use the photos, that everyone shown has agreed, and that a child's parent or legal guardian has agreed in writing) is part of these terms. How we handle and delete your photos is in the privacy policy.
Design and prototyping work
Design, electronics and prototyping work is quoted per project and governed by the written scope and quote you accept, which take precedence over this page for that work. Anything you send us about a project is treated as confidential; a mutual NDA is available before you share detail.
