Arbani Inc. ("we") runs arbanilabs.com. This policy says what we collect, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it. It is written in plain words on purpose.
What we collect
When you contact us, book an appointment or place an order, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, and any photos, text or artwork you send us for a personalised piece. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by a payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To answer you, make and ship what you ordered, send order updates, keep the business records the law requires, and, only if you opt in, show a finished piece in our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to do the work:
- our website provider and, when you pay us, a payment processor;
- shipping carriers, for delivery;
- for personalised photo figurines: an AI 3D-modelling service, whose settings keep your files private and out of its training, and a professional 3D-printing partner in the United States or overseas, which receives the 3D model made from your photos. Each handles files under its own terms, which we can send you on request;
- a professional adviser or an authority where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records (name, address, what was ordered, price) are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Photos you send us for a personalised piece, and the 3D model made from them, are deleted 90 days after delivery, including from the services above, unless you ask us to keep the model for a future order. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Children
Our products are made for adults and we do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18. A figurine of a child is made only with the written consent of that child's parent or legal guardian.
Your choices
Email info@arbanilabs.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing permission. We answer within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Our website provider may collect usage data across sites under its own privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we post the new version here with a new effective date, and email customers with an open order.
